Preparing for labour, Birth and Parenthood

Infant Affinity ante natal courses are different, because not only will we teach you the usual stuff about what to expect in pregnancy, during labour and afterwards, we also help you to spend some time thinking about how labour and birth impact upon your baby and how you can help make the transition from life inside to outside a relaxed, comfortable and positive experience for both you and your new baby. However, that doesn’t mean that we ignore or minimise your needs at this exciting and scary time, we are also there to inform, support and guide you so that you can make informed decisions about the birth of your baby that suit you and your family.
