Early days Group

A post natal support group for new parents with babies up to 4 months of age.
This is a relaxed and informal group that meets weekly for 6 weeks and gives you an opportunity to meet other new parents in your area and discuss topics that interest all new parents. It is facilitated by a Midwife, Health Visitor or Nursery nurse and topics covered are decided by the group but might include;
 
Birth experiences.

OMG I'm a mum!

What’s normal and what’s not.

Sleeping.

Crying.

Feeding.

Introduction to Infant massage.

Minor ailments.
 
Tea, coffee, cake and encouragement will be provided and there will be opportunities for members of the group to support and guide each other.
 
These groups are held in venues in Glossop, Marple and Buxton, last for 90 mins.

Cost: £50 for the course.

New Early Days group starting Nov.24th 1pm-2.30 for 5 weeks, at Music Stop, 121 Station rd, Hadfield.
